About Axon Group
As a Service & Project Engineer, you are the link between technology, customers, and execution on-site. You combine hands-on technical interventions with the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of projects and sites.
You analyse technical problems, carry out inspections and service assignments, and ensure that work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
In addition, you maintain close contact with customers, suppliers, and internal colleagues, actively contributing to excellent service delivery.
No two days are the same: one day you are performing technical analyses at a customer's site, the next you are coordinating a project site or working on a quote for a future intervention.
Your responsibilities
- You are the technical point of contact for service interventions, inspections, and projects within FCS.
- You analyse technical problems and faults, contributing to sustainable and efficient solutions for our customers.
- You carry out technical measurements, inspections, and analyses, translating your findings into clear advice and reports.
- You prepare project sites, coordinate execution, and monitor the quality, planning, and progress of the work.
- You maintain close contact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, ensuring smooth cooperation between all parties involved.
- You ensure a safe working environment and make sure that work is carried out in accordance with current safety regulations.
- You perform risk assessments, organise the necessary site meetings, and take appropriate measures when required.
- You prepare service-related quotes and ensure correct administrative follow-up of assignments and projects.
- You further develop your technical expertise and closely follow developments within our products, installations, and applications.
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably construction / mechanics, or have equivalent relevant experience.
- You have a strong interest in mechanical installations and industrial techniques.
- Experience with service and maintenance, as well as site coordination, is a plus.
- You are preferably in possession of a VCA-VOL certificate (or willing to obtain one).
- You hold a valid driving licence (category B).
- Certificates for forklifts, aerial work platforms, or other relevant work equipment are an asset.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is an additional asset.
- You are familiar with MS Office. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Our offer
- A varied role combining technology, project work, and customer contact.
- A competitive salary package with extra-legal benefits.
- An SME environment: where quick decisions, direct communication, and initiative are valued.
- The opportunity to help build sustainable solutions for industrial customers.
- A full-time role with a flexible mindset to guide and direct technicians (starting at 7 am).
